Construction

We offer three construction alternatives for log, timber frame, and post and beam projects.

Shell Erection

We provide materials and erect the structure on your prepared foundation. Because these types of construction require specialized techniques, we do not offer materials only.

Construction Management

We assume total responsibility for your project, including: site work, water/sewer, foundations, drywall and finishes, finish carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and masonry. Compensation is a percentage of the final construction cost.

Turn-Key Contract

Services are the same as the Construction Management option, but the final price is fixed, based on a predefined scope of work. Any customer-approved changes, outside the scope of work, are additional.

Energy Efficient

Our log buildings are energy efficient — R28 insulation factor. They stay warm in the winter, cool in the summer, and minimize heating costs. We use Low-E vinyl clad windows and energy efficient doors. And our construction process is friendly to the environment. Nothing is wasted. All log ends, trimmings and peelings are reused or recycled.
